Monarch butterfly, taken in August.
I Heart Macro
Macro Monday 2
What a beauty Pat!!! Thanks as always for sharing the love up-close with I Heart Macro. I hope you will participate in the Gratitude Quilt this year. It is simple to join in and will make your heart happy when you see the love unfurl on Nov 27th. (no sewing involved) Just close your eyes. Exhale. Inhale. Exhale. Ask yourself “what am I grateful for in THIS moment?” listen to your heart and type out the words that flow from your heart and send them to me. There is a link to my email address and a link explaining this project if you don’t know about it yet can be found at the top of my blog. If I’ve already asked you I apologize for being annoying 🙂

Beautiful, it looks like a painting, just perfect!
Gorgeous Monarch capture!
A butterfly was a flower in its previous life.
Have a great week!
As always Pat…the image is spectacular.
you are right, but it is November…. I like your cheerful picture of that lovely butterfly in August! In about four month it will be spring again…

Not creature any more beautiful than a monarch butterfly.
So incredibly beautiful, Pat! We are seeing less and less of these beauties.
Very nice, Pat.
So beautiful! A wonderful shot!
I needed this, Pat! thanks.
I love Monarch butterflies. Their wings are as pretty as stained glass. That’s a gorgeous photo.
What a fabulous shot!
Hi! Very beautiful. Nice shutter chance. Nice the angle of your camera. Thanks for sharing.
I always enjoy seeing the Monarchs. One day I’ll make it to one of their en masse migrations. Love the photo.
So very beautiful.
Beautiful. I think I saw maybe 1 this summer flying by. Butterflies just didn’t seem very plentiful around here this past summer.
I hate that I didn’t get to take many nature photos this summer. Thanks for sharing yours. They are always so nice.
This is gorgeous, Pat!
