I think you might be right! Eek! Margie
Lovely bird, lovely colour, great photowork!
what a cute shot!
Great shot 🙂
“is that you Lord?”
Pretty —an all time favorite of mine.
Cute shot of the Cardinal, looks like something grabbed his attention.
Great profile shot of this fella! Good job Pat.
Love this! Great shot!
What a beauty!
Great colors and focus. That bird looks ready to “pop” off the fence 🙂
Great shot of that beautiful Cardinal. They are such pretty birds.
We heard the sound of a Cardinal in our park the other day. So standing in a path with another onlooker we scoured the tree line and shrubs. It seemed to be on top of us almost. Never saw him. One good thing though…they are in our province…which is a very good thing!
So handsome, and he definitely “pops!”
So pretty! I love cardinals.
Maybe the sky is falling! Great shot!
Great pop for the theme, such a treat when you see one of these in the yard.
I really love the expression you captured, well done.
Very nice processing of the cardinal photo. I hope a Cooper’s Hawk didn’t snatch him after his photo session!
He could be looking out of the other eye at something on the ground!
Cheers and thanks for linking to WBW

That is a good way of staying alive. He looks so intense.
Ha, yes, he definitely looks like he’s dodging something. Great photo!
Hi! Nice capture and wonderful texture. Wishing you a nice day.
They are very lively — that’s for sure!
You’ve gotta love cardinals!!!
Pat, great capture!! Something up there certainly caught his eye!
cardinal watching is one of my favorite spring/summer past times!
Visiting from Texture Tuesday.
Wonderful photo. Very pretty red bird!
Oh, that looks like a painting.
Really great photo!
A beautiful fellow.
Beautiful photograph! We have a pair nesting in the yard. I think he’s looking up hoping it will rain sunflower seeds!
Very nice. I think he is pondering the world around him.
Great POP of color! Those cardinals are pretty skittish and have such comical faces while they search for danger.
I think so, too – perhaps a hawk or eagle.
Beautiful, beautiful bird. You captured it so nicely!
LOVE that pose!
this photo is so great…lovely!
